Nice place and range of products but the service needs to be improved. I paid for items in Deira and personally came to collect at Qusais since the Deira shop didn't have stock. No one had clear directions as to where to go and collect items. I had to cluelessly wait for 15-20 mins before asking where the items are.. Just feel this could be improved. ~ Nikhil K
